Jim Kraft, President

Jim Kraft is an ordained minister with over 13 years of ministry experience. He is a passionate worshipper. As a visionary, Jim is innovative and a self-directed individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
He is able to easily develop rapport with people of various backgrounds, cultures, and professional levels. He holds a degree in Missiology and has led, or been part of, over 13 mission trips to over 15 countries as well as ministering throughout the United States.

Jim is well versed in a variety of ministry methodologies, and has a wide range of "hands on" ministry experience, from church planting to pastor of Missions and Outreach at a large multi-staffed church.

Prior to full-time ministry, Jim owned his own business, and sat on several leadership boards within the community. He is past president of the Chamber of Commerce in Dearborn Hts, Michigan, and former member
on the Governors Panel on Community Development & Dynamics.

He resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife of 15 years, Celeste, along with their four boys.
