NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE INDYMALL, AND DECISION SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY, DO NOT SUPPORT THE USE OF UNSOLICITED BULK E-MAIL, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS "SPAM".

All E-Mail links provided on this site, its subdirectories and subsidiary pages, are for the express purpose of business communications for customers, prospects and clients of the businesses located on the IndyMall, and are not provided for the purpose of being part of any bulk e-mail list, receiving unsolicited offers or any kind, or, in general, receiving any kind of mail commonly known as "spam".

Under US Code Title 47, Sec.227(a)(2)(B), a computer, modem, and/or printer meets the definition of a telephone fax machine. By Sec.227(b) (1)(C), it is unlawful to send any unsolicited advertisement to such equipment, punishable by action to recover actual monetary loss, or $500, whichever is greater, for EACH violation.

Sending unsolicited e-mail is covered under the Federal Telemarketing Act and prohibits uninvited solicitations to any party who notifies the solicitor that they do not wish to be contacted and to maintain their identity on a no-call list. Because e-mail is conducted using a telephone line, the same law applies and notice is hereby being served that no e-mail address contained anywhere on this URL, should be included on any solicitation unless requested by party responsible for that e-mail account.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL E-MAIL ADDRESSES FOUND ON THIS SITE ARE TO BE PLACED ON A NO-CONTACT OR "REMOVE" LIST.

Having a published e-mail address on an internet site is no different than published telephone number and does not give any patent right to use it for solicitation and/or advertising purposes. This page is provided to publicly state our policy on this matter.
