In 1998, ten years after developing it's first commercial Expert System, Knowledge Builder, Decision Support Technology embarked on a ground-up design and development project inaugurating the first Expert System for Personality and Employment Testing, known as HIRE SUCCESS^TM.

Designed to be accurate, flexible and cost-effective for businesses of all sizes, HIRE SUCCESS ^TM truly "raises the bar for the state-of-the-art" in Employment Testing Software. In addition to an in-depth Personality Profile, the system allows Users to develop their own Custom Aptitude Tests or modify or use any of several standard Aptitude Tests provided by DST which include Sales Aptitude, Math, Spelling, Vocabulary, Computer Knowledge and much more. Tests included with the HIRE SUCCESS ^TM System were professionally developed by one of our Consultants who holds a Doctor of Education Degree.
